All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada.. JUBE2 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We strive to display and describe the service offered as clearly defined and as accurately as possible. However, please do not accept that the site is totally accurate, free of errors or always current. We may correct errors in description and pricing at certain times. We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse service due to incorrect pricing or information.

LIABILITY OF JUBE2 AND ITS THIRD PARTY VENDORS

Jube2 endeavors to provide the best and most current list of acceptable vendors to service its members. However, the services offered within Jube2 (by Jube2 Business builders) are offered by Third Party business entities (private vendors) which are neither overseen, managed, authorized or regulated neither directly nor indirectly by Jube2 business builders. Jube2 (Jube2 Business Builders) takes no responsibility for the use or any of these vendors by its members, and assumes no liability from any business transactions or conversations conducted by either the third party vendors or the Jube2 members.
Any business transactions, and/or conversations or agreements, whether verbal or written conducted by the user and Jube2 third party vendors constitute a private business agreement. By signing up for a Jube2 account, you hereby acknowledge that Jube2 business builders bear no responsibility and/ or any liabilities for any/all of the services/products offered by the Third Part Jube2 Vendors. This includes the quality of the services rendered, and any or all possible damages/loss of services provided, including lost time, file loss and other potential damages.

Individual complaints and/or grievances should be communicated directly to the individual Jube 2 Vendors, not to any members or Jube2 or Jube2 business builders. You acknowledge and agree that Jube2 is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, availability, policies or content of third party vendors. You assume all risk and acknowledge sole responsibility for using any such third party vendors.

DURATION OF CONTRACT SUBSCRIPTION

The contract subscription date (1 year- 365 day) begins when membership has been confirmed by Jube2 business builders and you are granted access to your account. The initial term of service includes a 365 day (1 year) subscription contract for the services offered by Jube2 (Jube2 business builders).
After the one year (365 day) contract period, you may continue the subscription on a month to month basis as per your discretion.

You understand and agree that access to the service may at times be affected by third parties that we use to provide the Jube2 service, (membership site plugins, web hosting, etc.) You understand and agree that no breach of contract action may be taken against Jube2 business builders when reasonable delays in access to service are experienced.

Jube2 business builders reserve the right to terminate the service, or restrict certain features of the service, with or without prior notice to you. We will do our best to make reasonable efforts to provide this notice, but we are not required to under the terms of this agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel at any time within the initial 365 day contract term, however, all cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Due to the nature of the service no refunds will be made for any memberships already paid. Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the service, including any and all content and resources, once your membership period is completed. No partial refunds will be given should you terminate the annual subscription before the one year renewal date. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the service and do not wish to be billed for the service.

INDEMNIFICATION

You shall identify and hold Jube2 harmless from and against any/all damages, losses, settlements, liabilities, costs, assessments, charges, costs and expenses, including third party claims and causes of action, including, and without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising from any breach by you from any terms and conditions, and/ or any use of the service or site. You shall provide assistance, without charge, as we may at times request, with any defense, including, and without limitation, providing any documents, information, records and reasonable access to you, as required by us. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

HEADINGS

The headings and subject headings, including paragraphs and subparagraphs located in this agreement are included for convenience and readability only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any of its provisions.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may at any time amend and or/ modify the terms and conditions. The update amendments are effective immediately upon notice by us when the new terms & conditions are posted on the site. You use of the site and/or services after being notified constitutes an acceptance of these amendments.
We reserve the right to update any section of our sites and service, including the terms and conditions section, at any time. We will post the most current version to the site and the current dates on the terms and conditions page.

This applies even if Jube2 business builders have been advised of possibilities of could have foreseen the damages.
In provinces that don’t allow limitation of liability or exclusions for damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent that the law permits. In no event shall Jube2 business builders’ cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the membership you have purchased from Jube2 business builders. If no purchase has been made by you Jube2 business builders’ cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $50.00 Canadian.
